Book summary: The past can come back to haunt us and shake things up in our lives at the most unexpected moment. This is something that Alicja, a successful lawyer, finds out after losing the love of her life years ago and being left alone with her daughter. Just as she finally finds her place in the picturesque Malinówka, and a new love, her world is abruptly turned upside down. Will Alicja decide to return to what has long since passed? Will she rediscover the taste of happiness and love?
