In partnership with Good Shepherd Center, MPPL welcomes early childhood education specialist, Sheila Kerwin, for a workshop on engaging structured large-group time in the early childhood classroom.
This program is intended for early childhood educators but is open to anyone who engages with young children.
How is your group time going? In this workshop, we will explore the purpose of structured large-group time as an important part of the daily classroom schedule, and how to make it an engaging, stimulating activity that supports learning, identity development, and group cohesion.
