No experience or yoga mats necessary. All older adults (ages 55+) are welcome.
Mather is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults ages 55 and older. Mather has developed Ways to Age Well, a comprehensive approach that inspires and transforms individuals through their award-winning senior living residences, neighborhood programs keeping people connected, and research institute supporting innovations and solutions.
A physical activity waiver must be signed in order to participate. Please fill out the Participant Notice of Risk and Waiver form and return it to the Patron Services desk in the lobby.
The Main Library is located in downtown Mount Prospect, next to Village Hall. The building houses an extensive collection of materials, spaces for quiet and collaborative work, several program rooms, public computers, a dedicated teen space, and engaging play area for children.
