The library is joining the statewide event and encourages families to spend quality time reading together with a special kit including a book and fun activities.
Kits are available starting November 4, while supplies last.
Don’t have a kit? No problem! The library has plenty of items available for checkout to celebrate Family Reading Night. Come to the library or visit our website for online resources.
Family Reading Night kits are sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
The Main Library is located in downtown Mount Prospect, next to Village Hall. The building houses an extensive collection of materials, spaces for quiet and collaborative work, several program rooms, public computers, a dedicated teen space, and engaging play area for children.
