Milchtein is an automotive educator, journalist, speaker, and founder of Mechanic Shop Femme. Her work has appeared in publications ranging from the Chicago Tribune and AARP to Shondaland and Parents Magazine. With nearly a decade in and around the auto industry under her belt and more than six years teaching virtual courses, her classes are engaging and easy to understand, designed to empower car owners.
