Join us for a craft supply swap at the library! Donate items January 11-19 and receive a 1 p.m. early entry ticket to the event! Doors open to the public from 2-4 p.m.
How it works:
New or gently used craft supplies donations will be accepted starting Saturday, January 11 through Sunday, January 19 at the Information desk or at the second floor Fiction/AV/Teen desk. Donations will not be accepted during the craft supply swap.
All donated items must be arts or craft materials and must be in good, usable condition — nothing damaged or otherwise unusable. No open containers of paint, glue, or similar items.
Those who make a donation will receive a ticket for early entry to the swap starting at 1 p.m.
You do not have to make a donation to attend. All items are free!
Any items left at the end of the swap will be used by the library, donated, or discarded.
When:
Ticketholders can attend from 1-4 p.m.
Doors open to the public from 2-4 p.m.

The Main Library is located in downtown Mount Prospect, next to Village Hall. The building houses an extensive collection of materials, spaces for quiet and collaborative work, several program rooms, public computers, a dedicated teen space, and engaging play area for children.
