Approximately, one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. Join this multidisciplinary panel of medical professionals for an overview of the journey through breast cancer from screening and diagnostic testing to survivorship services. Gain insights into modifiable risk factors that can help reduce the risk of breast cancer and make informed decisions. Discover how family history and genetic makeup influence risk profiles with genetic testing and counseling. Learn about pre-treatment strategies to minimize lymphedema risk and post-treatment techniques for improved quality of life. Lastly, find out about the free supportive services offered by the Cancer Survivorship Center to assist patients throughout their health journey.
