Craft and create with us! We'll provide an idea and supplies; you create your own masterpiece.
Best for ages 3 and older with their families.
In this session, we’ll use fabric markers or acrylic paint to transform a plain canvas tote bag into a unique and useful tote! Perfect for gift-giving occasions, or keep it for yourself to use during your library trips! Be sure to wear clothes that can get messy, as we will be using non-washable media. Smocks with some coverage will be available.
No registration required. This is an open house format program. Drop in anytime and stay as long as you like. Last entry is 15 minutes before the program end time. Please note there may be small pieces and adult guidance is encouraged. Supplies are available while they last.
The Main Library is located in downtown Mount Prospect, next to Village Hall. The building houses an extensive collection of materials, spaces for quiet and collaborative work, several program rooms, public computers, a dedicated teen space, and engaging play area for children.
