Discover a range of resources available to Illinois residents, including, but not limited to, the following: 

  • ICash: find out if you or a loved one have unclaimed property and discover how to collect funds. 
  • Bright Start: 529 college savings plan. 
  • IL Able: savings and investment account for individuals with disabilities or authorized individual. 
  • Consumer protection: filing a complaint and fraud alerts. 
  • Civil rights: enforcing laws that prohibit discrimination and upholding the rights of individuals in protected categories.

About the Location

The Main Library is located in downtown Mount Prospect, next to Village Hall. The building houses an extensive collection of materials, spaces for quiet and collaborative work, several program rooms, public computers, a dedicated teen space, and engaging play area for children.
