Grow into a super reader through playful books and fun with friends! This storytime is the perfect fit for preschoolers, kindergarteners, and children who are ready for longer stories.
Best for ages 3-7 with an adult.
The stories, songs, and activities we'll share span a wide variety of topics that support early literacy and school readiness. Children will also get the chance to practice important school readiness skills like cooperation, problem solving, self-regulation, empathy, and so much more!
For safety reasons, younger siblings must be with their adult at all times.
No registration required. Please note the program will promptly begin at the start time.
The Main Library is located in downtown Mount Prospect, next to Village Hall. The building houses an extensive collection of materials, spaces for quiet and collaborative work, several program rooms, public computers, a dedicated teen space, and engaging play area for children.
