Work on your own designs using Tinkercad, a digital-design computer software.
Strictly for grades 3-5.
Our trained staff will help you troubleshoot Tinkercad problems while you work on your own project. This program requires attendees to have basic Tinkercad and computer skills.
If your child is age 8 or younger, please remain near the Youth department in case your child needs assistance. Caregivers of older children are always encouraged to stay in the library as well.
Registration opens 9 a.m. October 15. Please visit or call the Youth desk at 847-590-3320. If you leave a voicemail, include the child's name and grade, your phone number, and your email address. If there are openings, we will add them to the registration list and contact you to confirm.
If your child is not in grades 3, 4, or 5, please view our full event calendar to find a different program.
The Main Library is located in downtown Mount Prospect, next to Village Hall. The building houses an extensive collection of materials, spaces for quiet and collaborative work, several program rooms, public computers, a dedicated teen space, and engaging play area for children.
