Swap your gently-used board games with other gaming enthusiasts! We'll also make some simple games available for play at the event.
For ages 18+.
Do you have some gently-used board games you are ready to part with? Come swap a game with other gaming enthusiasts! Maybe you'll even pick up something giftable for this holiday season. Make sure your game has all the pieces necessary to play and is still in good condition. We will collect games in the first 30 minutes of the program, then participants will draft their picks to take home. Participants can swap up to five games total. We will provide some simple games at tables for play during this event, but there will not be a featured game that we instruct during this session.
The Main Library is located in downtown Mount Prospect, next to Village Hall. The building houses an extensive collection of materials, spaces for quiet and collaborative work, several program rooms, public computers, a dedicated teen space, and engaging play area for children.
